Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager Gen AI to own the strategy and delivery of tripla's GenAI platform and agentic commerce capabilities. You will make tripla's data and models accessible to AI crawlers and commerce protocols today, and lead the build of the AI agents that will serve travelers and hotel operators tomorrow. This is a foundational role as tripla transitions from a SaaS platform to an Outcome-as-a-Service model driven by autonomous AI agents.

- End-to-end scope: From structured data and AEO through to MCP/UCP implementation and live conversational agents, you own the full stack.
What are the Key responsibilities for this role
- AI Discoverability (AEO): Drive the roadmap for making tripla's hotel inventory and data AI-crawlable — schema markup, structured data syndication, — so that LLMs accurately surface and recommend our hotels during the traveler discovery phase.
- Agentic Commerce Readiness: Lead the implementation of MCP and UCP, ensuring tripla's platform is prioritized by global AI agents such as Gemini and ChatGPT, and that hotel partners capture direct bookings over OTA channels.
- Traveler-Facing AI Agents: Own the roadmap for tripla's traveler-facing agents — from trip-planning and discovery through booking completion — grounded in direct revenue contribution metrics.
- AI Concierge Manager: Define the infrastructure enabling hotel operators to direct AI agents via natural language to manage revenue, guest communications, and operations across the tripla product suite.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the bridge between ML Engineering, Data, Business Development, and Customer Success to turn tripla's data assets into actionable AI products
Basic
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B2C SaaS product management, with at least 2 years on AI/ML-powered products
- Technical acumen: Solid understanding of how AI agents consume data — structured data, API design, and protocol integration (e.g., MCP/UCP).
- Outcome orientation: Defines success through metrics like AI Discovery Share, Zero-Click Conversion, and direct revenue contribution — not feature delivery.
- Strategic and tactical balance: Proven ability to define a 38,000-foot vision while getting hands dirty on issue investigation and technical QA.
- Language: Professional fluency in English
Preferred
- Hospitality, travel, fintech, or e-commerce domain expertise.
- Japanese proficiency is a plus
